First off it only became aware to us today that Lorki was hunting fellow rebels. XEN does not nor ever will stand for that. We will take actions with Lorki. Like the rest we are not mind readers. We do not know what everyone is doing therefore can not account for their actions with out being notified. I thank those that did take the time to notify us earlier today though so we could deal with the matter.

Secondly since it seems to be a constant reoccurrence (perhaps some people just have too much time on their hands, or have taken a step too far into the realm of fantasy).  Sense there has been several things it appears floating around. This is the actual original email that was sent out to a few people in game on May 20th of this year:

           “Upon the request and encouragement of several people, I have gone ahead and written up my final proposal for the construction of the “Rebel Alliance.” If this is going to work I need everyone’s assistance and input. With that said, to the stuff you want to hear…

Rebel Alliance-

Code of Conduct: All guilds that become part of the Alliance will be expected to up hold these values. Any guild with members constantly breaking these codes will be up for dismissal from the Alliance.

All members of the Alliance shall be treated as equals. No member from any guild belonging to the Alliance will be put down or flame one another. If a dispute breaks out and can not be solved, representatives in each guild (this based on individual guild structures) are to be notified and used as mediators in order to come to a solution to the problem. If individual’s guilds can not come to a solution to the problem, the problem is to be brought to the overseers and they will come to a binding solution to the problem.

Members of the alliance will not steal kills or loot from one another. We are here for a common purpose, and have come together to pool our resources. This allows members from different guilds to quickly know when they are in good company to encourage and help grouping in both pvp and pve.

No member of the alliance is to take or collect bounties on other rebels (exceptions being if it’s a spy aka main stream imperials alt). The alliance will already have enough to deal with fending off Imperials, and again we are here for a common goal and purpose. Hunting your own faction burns bridges and can be hurt and change the outcome of any given event.

Guild types: There will be essentially three types of guilds that belong to the Alliance. Each will have different purpose to how they aid the alliance. These guild types will be:

Overseers- will be guilds which hold a permanent place in the alliance. These guilds initially will be the founding guilds of the alliance. Other guilds as time goes on can, and will be added. These guilds sole duty will be to insure that the goals and visions of the alliance are being upheld. These guilds can not be voted out of the alliance but by a unanimous vote by all of its members (guild each casting 1 vote). They may leave by their own wishes. These guilds if a vote from all overseers is unanimous can override a vote of the who if they can show how other wise it would go against the alliances purpose.

General members – are guilds that are voted in, and have the same privileges as Overseers as far as voting new members into the alliance etc. These guilds will be expected to follow the code of conduct and failure can lead to a dismissal from the alliance.

Feeders or feeder guilds – are guilds who have limited voting privileges, and can become full blown general member if both the guild and alliance wish. These guilds primary goals will be t recruit members to the rebellion. They are there to educate new members on the goals of the alliance and what it is in place for. These guilds will have much more lax repercussions for breaking the codes of conduct, as these guilds will be housing new members to the game, pvp, and the rebellion. Members with-in these guilds will have all the same rights and privileges as members in any other guild that belongs to the alliance. In other words they are to be treated with the same respect.

Reasons and Mission of the Alliance:

The mission of the Alliance is to form unification between rebel guilds. This unification includes but is not limited to the following: rounding up on a short notice numbers for base defenses from reliable sources, assistance in keeping deep space open when under control of imperials, help in finding a home best suited for you the individual (what rebel guild you will fit best it), general over all strategizing and organization of forces, and last but not least a way of meeting and creating new friends with similar goals.”

Now I ask a few things… What was so wrong with this idea that it created such a civil unrest? Is it that some people with in the fact are such jerks that they dont want to be nice to one another? Really all this was, was a suggestion of a formal idea and way of making what we all had been basicly doing well... formal.

There is another document written also yes by me, which I dont have the copy of me next to right this moment to quote from that has been coined something lame by someone. It was written after two events had happened.

First event was I was asked by Haleigh how do we put this into motion.

Second event, There was conflict between Zero and XEN. This is no secret. Even JP and I spoke one night in front of the Theed cloner some. It was about how JP was treating people. He asked me if he ever treated me poorly. I informed him of a time I thought he was rather rude (at this time I did not know JP, or several of the people in Zero, all I learned of them was via Haleigh). This started a bit of bumping of heads between the two guilds. This is why zero was in the end written out. It was told to me by Haleigh that this would never fly as JP would want to sit on top and my original plan had no individual sitting on top. I am sorry again I fail to see what the problem is in wanting to see things distibuted evenly between people.

BIA in my eyes also has never been a "starter guild." I left the game for awhile and when I had come back I had not heard of BIA. I was told by Haleigh that we (XEN) basicly build BIA. There was a point in time in which Haleigh wanted to Merge BIA with XEN in order to help secure our place as the "Alpha Guild." Booms does know about when this happened, but BIA humblely bowed out of the offer.
