I'm not leaving SWG, still looking for a server to settle on, and not going to give up the fight to bring the GCW back to player bases.

IMO you wont find a better server then Sunrunner. If this server cant keep you happy, I highly doubt any of the others will.

I thought you were maybe coming back to Sunrunner since you had just entered Haleigh in the race for mayor of Conviction. Not quite sure as to why you would do such if you arent going to be here.

Oh well, the fight goes on regardless. There is still those of us that will remain here no matter what happens. Disagreements, punk kids, bad days, getting our tails kicked, it happens to all of us. Some choose to move forward through it all for the benefit of the greater good and others just simply up and leave for greener pastures that dont exist.

I'm not really a PvP head, so I only knew you by reputation... and seeing you around here and there, going back like forever...

Always sad to see a vet go, especially one so well respected and influential.

Gasisna, I never said Sunrunner had any problems, there is no better server, in every way I can think of. I just took on way too much when the game/server was nearly dead, and now that it is coming back so strong, I'm really burned out, have been for a little while.  

I ran for mayor of Conviction because JP didn't run like I told him over, and over, he HAD to do every time.

With just a few hours left before the voting was locked, anyone who had a house in the city could have just entered the race and the city was theirs, and I think you know exactly what I am referring to. Me and JP have had this conversation before, and I think I can still pull out before the vote (assuming noone else entered the race), was gonna talk to JP first though, haven't had a chance to.

Not something I was prepared to handle, given the fact Conviction is apparently dead now, if after all that I put into it rebs actually lost control of it. I'd pull up City Hall before I'd see that happen.

I agree, always a bit sad to see a well respected community member go. Take care.

I am not leaving for greener pastures, I stayed in Sunrunner for three years, through two complete revamps, while others quit or went to other games, I don't think anyone has the right to question my attendance record.

The darker things were for the game and for the faction, the more I played and fought to turn them around and rally people to pull together.

I slipped out when rebs were as strong, unified, and well coordinated as they have been since the days of the [all] channel pre CU, after base battles had taken hold, and waited for the day the forums went down, to avoid the drama on the boards, and never meant to bring it on the SWG forums at all, Rikh posted it so here I am :/

And of course the fight goes on ...
